joe_deegan Hi Alice, The forum post at the link has the html file attached and some other comments about it. http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/27434/153009.aspx#153009 permalink
AYK I see. Thanks for your respond. I will try your method. May I know where to get your index.htlm file? I looked at Dave Moxon's site and his codes seem slightly different from your version. Can you send me your file or point me to where I can find it? Many thanks. Alicepermalink
joe_deegan Hi AYK, Are you using Moodle? If so, the "Exit Activity" function in Articulate does not work well with Moodle. What I have done as a work around is to setup the button so that it goes to a slide or layer with this web object on it so that they exit the activity upon accessing that slide or layer. Instead of having the button exit the activity set the button to take them to a slide with this web object that will exit the activity. Hope that makes sense.permalink
AYK Hi Joe, This is a useful tip for someone using Moodle. I have a question maybe you will know why. On the last slide of the tutorial, I've added a button so when the users click the button, it will take them to another web page to fill out a survey, but at the same time, I have added a trigger on click to "Exit the course". Exiting the course does not work either. Do you know how to do that? Many thanks Alice permalink
DBIS Hi Joe I think that the Selected State adopts the Normal State, Hover State and Down State as they are all active on top of the Selected State graphics.permalink
joe_deegan Yeah, no need to add it to the published package. Using the web object does that for you. Glad you found this helpful.permalink
Prncess Hi Joe Excellent - I added the folder I put the index.html file in to the Stoyline published files before I zipped them to add to Moodle. Is it the case that I do not have to do this? Just add the link as per your screencast! Thanks Tee permalink
emi1337 I'm new to this software and trying to decide if it's the direction my company wants to take with our productions so...considering the option is "flash movie" I'm guessing the output can only be flash? We're trying to move to mobile-compatibility (as is everyone), so the output is particularly important. I see that you can USE .mp4 but beyond that? Thanks for your help!permalink
JackieZahn Cool effect - thanks for sharing!permalink
joe_deegan Hi Crystal, Here's the url for the instructions I mentioned in the video. They're not free but I have had no problem using the instructions to get the shopping cart up and running for a couple of different sites now. http://www.datasystemsplus.net/add-a-shopping-cart-to-moodle/permalink
